Old Fort Help reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. By continuing to use the Old Fort Help website, you agree to any and all modifications we may make to these policies. Limitation of liability:

Old Fort Help is a volunteer-based group, and its members are not compensated for their services. Old Fort Help, and its members, shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses suffered by any individual or entity as a result of their participation in or association with Old Fort Help activities. By participating in or associating with Old Fort Help, individuals acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with such participation or association.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Old Fort Help, its officers, directors, members, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from participant's participation in or association with Old Fort Help activities, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Old Fort Help.

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in or associating with Old Fort Help activities, including but not limited to: physical or emotional injury, property damage, or exposure to hazardous materials. Participants understand that these risks may be inherent in the nature of the activities and may not be fully preventable. By participating, participants voluntarily agree to accept and assume these risks.

Waiver of Claims: Participants hereby waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against Old Fort Help its officers, directors, members, and agents arising out of or resulting from participant's participation in or association with Old Fort Help activities, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Old Fort Help group.
